Insurance:

We now accept insurance. More insurance companies are covering acupuncture, but many policies have restrictions.

Please check with your insurance company to find out if your policy specifically covers acupuncture, and ask the following questions:

1. Is there an acupuncture benefit for providers who are out-of-network as well as in-network?

2. What is your deductible for an in-network provider? An out-of-network provider?

3. How much of your deductible has been met before benefits can begin? 

4. What's the maximum number of visits per year you are allowed?

5. Are there any exclusions to your acupuncture benefit? For example, is infertility covered?

6. Are referrals from a primary care provider needed?
