- Eat like a prince or princess for breakfast, an emperor or empress for lunch, and a pauper for dinner.
- Avoid eating when angry or stressed, otherwise your energy will be diverted away from processing your meal.
- Prepare your food with love and eat consciously.
- Eat slowly and chew your food well!
- Don’t chill your Spleen and Pancreas by consuming too many cold foods or drinks.
- Include a good amount of cooked foods in your diet. Between 40 – 100% depending on season, constitution and health.
- Refrain from drinking liquids with your meals. Doing so will dilute the stomach acids needed to process your food.
- Eat variety, Eat Simply.
- Eat until satisfied, but not until you’re full.
- When possible eat an early dinner, by 7pm. It takes at least four hours for food to digest completely in your stomach.
